Charleston, S.C. –Charleston-based public accounting and business advisory firm Jarrard, Nowell & Russell is marking its first year of new leadership of the firm formerly known as deBrux & Associates and has launched a new Web site, www.jnrcpas.com.

Originally formed in 1978, Jarrard, Nowell & Russell was under the leadership of Joe deBrux until 2005 when Bill Jarrard, Chris Nowell and Will Russell joined the firm and expanded the scope of services. After gaining experience in corporate financial management and public accounting, the trio sought an opportunity to form a public accounting and business advisory firm and therefore joined deBrux & Associates. Today, they are principals in the firm and the offerings now reflect their strategic financial management expertise.

“We are excited about our involvement with the re-named firm and pleased to come in on the heels of someone as solid as Joe deBrux,” said Will Russell, principal. “We look forward to working with those clients and many new ones who have joined us in the past year. Resources like our new site both help us stay in touch and keep clients up to date on matters that affect their financial livelihood.”

The new site, www.jnrcpas.com, boasts a comprehensive resources and links page, allowing visitors to navigate easily through an array of relevant financial and business sites. With direct links to organizations such as the IRS and the South Carolina Department of Revenue, the site is designed to provide useful information for consumers and businesses regarding tax and other financial matters.
