Jarrard, Nowell & Russell Hires Judy Dickey as Office Manager

Charleston, S.C. – Judy Dickey has joined the accounting firm of Jarrard, Nowell & Russell, LLC as office manager. 

She previously was a broadcast meteorologist for WMBB-ABC in Panama City, FL.  She has a bachelor's degree in meteorology from Florida State University and a bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Southern California..
